Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival – Kilimanjaro International Airport – Arusha

Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, you will be met by a representative of Endepesi Safari and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Depending on arrival time, you may relax at the hotel or explore the town at your own pace. A safari briefing will be provided.

Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, depart Arusha for Tarangire National Park. Enjoy a game drive in a park known for its large elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife. Lunch will be served inside the park.

Day 3: Tarangire – Lake Manyara National Park

After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive. The park is famous for tree-climbing lions, flamingos, hippos, and rich birdlife, set beneath the Great Rift Valley escarpment. In the afternoon, continue to Karatu.

Day 4: Lake Manyara – Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, drive to Serengeti National Park through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Enjoy an afternoon game drive upon arrival in the vast plains of Serengeti.

Day 5: Full Day Serengeti National Park

Spend a full day exploring Serengeti National Park with morning and afternoon game drives. This is one of the best places in Africa to observe predators and large herds of wildlife.

Day 6: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater – Karatu

Enjoy a morning game drive in Serengeti before driving to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a game drive and picnic lunch. Afterward, drive to Karatu for overnight.

Day 7: Karatu – Arusha – Departure

After breakfast, drive back to Arusha. An optional Maasai cultural visit can be arranged en route. Transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onward flight, marking the end of the safari.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the safari start date will receive a full refund, less any non-refundable bank charges or third-party service fees already incurred.

  • Cancellations made 31–59 days prior to the safari start date will incur a 30% cancellation fee of the total safari cost.

  • Cancellations made 15–30 days prior to the safari start date will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total safari cost.

  • Cancellations made 8–14 days prior to the safari start date will incur a 75% cancellation fee of the total safari cost.

  • Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to the safari start date, including no-shows, will be charged 100% of the total safari cost.

  • Any non-refundable deposits, park fees, accommodation charges, or special services paid in advance will be charged in full, regardless of the cancellation date.

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or official communication) and will take effect on the date they are received by Endepesi Safari.

  • In the event of force majeure (including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, airline cancellations, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control), Endepesi Safari will work with clients and suppliers to reschedule the safari or offer a travel credit, subject to supplier policies. Cash refunds in such cases are not guaranteed.
